Deuteronomy 28:1-13

Deu_28:1-13

PRAYER:

Thank You, Father, for the provisions of our covenant. You have freely given me all that I need for success in life. I trust Your Word. I know that all of Your blessings have come upon me and they will overtake me. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the country. My children are blessed at my side. My production increases unfailingly under Your anointing. Everything in my care is fruitful and multiplies. I am blessed when I come in and blessed when I go out. When my enemies rise against me they are smitten before my face. They rise against me one way but flee from me in seven ways. You have commanded blessings on all of my storage places and my accounts. A Life Without Strife

Seek Love and Stop Strife! Are you ready to make a choice? A choice for the good in your life? So, are you ready to stop the strife in your life? Let’s have a close look at strife any way. The most hazardous weapon the devil uses against

us is also called the foremost enemy of LOVE. I am talking about STRIFE.

Today the spirit of strife and contention is destroying churches, marriages and families, friendships and relationships with God. Strife means “vigorous and bitter conflict, discord and antagonism, to quarrel, struggle or clash; competition; rivalry.” This dangerous sin is an open door to the devil. It gives him license to bring confusion and evil into our lives.

The Bible tells us how to avoid strife: “He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love, but he who repeats or harps on a matter separates even close friends” Prov.17:9 Ampl. So, what is the answer to avoiding strife? Well, most importantly, you are to yield to love. If you want peace in your life, give peace to others.

Walk in love. Be quick to forgive and overlook an offense. Don’t repeat matters that cause strife. We can also avoid strife through forgiveness: “Good sense makes a man restrain his anger and it is his glory to overlook a transgression or an offense.” Prov.19:11 Ampl.

You know, the devil will always try to make us think the way the world thinks. The world says, “If someone mistreats or insults you, the only ‘macho’ response is to give one right between the eyes!” That’s because the devil operates and thrives on strife, since strife gives him an open door. ‘The Bible says that where there is strife, there is also confusion and every evil work. James 3:16
Satan likes that kind of atmosphere. It breeds evil. He devil tries to cause us to think like the world thinks. He wants us to believe that we have to defend ourselves when we are insulted. He wants us to think, I’m going to get the last word. I’ll give that guy a piece of my mind. But no one needs a piece of mind. You should keep all you have!

The Bible says it is to your glory to overlook an offense. It also says you have good sense when you restrain your anger. Actually, insults won’t hurt you if you don’t partake of them; if you don’t allow them into your spirit. You can forgive the person and go on as peacefully, knowing that you just exhibited wisdom. Not only did you respond in wisdom, but you are still free from the trap of the devil.

The moment you slip up and get into strife make it right. Go to the other person and say, “Please forgive me. I love you. I don’t want to be in strife with you. You may have to repent quite a bit at first if you’ve developed habits that must be changed. Don’t get discouraged with yourself and give up. Just keep acting on the Word. Stop strife and yield to love! The love of God has been shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Ghost. Rom.5:5 You are born of God to walk in His love.

Here is a prayer that you can pray:

Dear Father, I refuse to allow strife into my life and open the door to every evil work. In any way that I have opened the door to fear by holding unto strife, I let it go and take on the fullness of THE BLESSING provided by Love! I take authority over strife now. I repent according to 1John 1:9.
I confess the sin of strife. And I thank You that You are faithful and just to forgive me of this sin and to cleanse me from all unrighteousness.
I believe I receive Your forgiveness and Your cleansing because You are faithful to do what You say. Right now; the moment I confessed, I am forgiven! I praise You Lord, and shout the victory!
Thank God, I am free from strife.

I encourage making the choice to get out of strife and to stay out of strife. The Power of Choice is up to you; life is so much better without strife. Did you ever read something about strife? I recommend to read “Life Without Strife” by Joyce Meyer

The Wall of Redemption

The Wall of Redemption

by OLga Hermans

In the book of Exodus the children of Israel were separated from the swarms of flies, their cattle didn’t die. Can you see that picture in front of you? One pasture was full of hail and the other pasture had green grass. Yep, we are talking about making choices. A choice to thrive and not just survive, a choice to thrive and to prosper in tough times.

Yes, we choose that we are not subject to, and not live under the dominion, rule, control of influence of whichever way the economy and world system is going at the moment. The times are subject to the authority of the Word, the Blood and the name of Jesus spoken and acted upon by the believer. The times are subject to us. We are subject to and governed by another economy and another system; the Kingdom of God.

You know, I lived in a little town in The Netherlands, (I was born in the Netherlands) and at the time we lived there, our house was on one side of the street and that town was called “Amstenrade”. Then the other side of the street was called “Treebeek”. And the thing was that both towns had different rules for their own community. One thing that always stood out was that they picked up the garbage on different days; that was always one of the things that reminded us that we belonged to another township so to speak.

You know, there were times that this particular issue was mentioned in our conversation when we had people over. And usually they would say something like…”hmmm, isn’t that something”? Maybe the Israelites said that to each other “Isn’t that something”? But that is what they experienced right in front of their own eyes.

Exo 8:23  says: ”I’ll make a sharp distinction between your people and mine. This sign will occur tomorrow.'”

1.       Exodus 8:20-23 No swarms of flies in Goshen!
2.       Exodus 9:1-7 “Not one animal that belongs to the Israelites will die”
3.       Exodus 9:22-26 There was no hail in Goshen!
4.      Exodus 10: 21-23 Except for the Israelites: they had light where they were living.

The Lord will do that with businesses. If you are in the real estate business; don’t say that the real Estate Business is down. Say: “The Blessing is on my Real Estate Business.” The Bible talks a lot about land; land is important! You know, we all have the same conditions around us, but we of the household of faith, we have different results.

You know, Isaac sowed in the time of famine and he reaped a hundredfold return while everybody else was losing their crop. Isaac got the biggest crop he probably ever got.

Jer.17:5-8 talks about the man who is cursed and the man who is blessed. The man who is cursed is out in the desert and not producing fruit and failing in a time of drought. But the man who is blessed; even in the time if drought, he produces fruit. Even in the time of economic drought; we are separated unto God. We are not subject to those times. We are subject to the blessing.

Jer.17:8 They’re like trees replanted in Eden, putting down roots near the rivers; they never worry through the hottest of summers, never dropping a leaf, Serene and calm through droughts, bearing fresh fruit every season. That’s the picture of us! Isn’t that awesome?

When you hear the news or read the news in the newspaper; you make sure that you will read the good news. Read what God says; we are not of this world, we are in this world, but not of the world. How come? It is because the blessing is upon us.

God’s will for us that we prosper and thrive; it is not that we talk God into it. It is God’s idea! Prosperity is God’s idea. The Blessing can change you and your finances AND your nation. When we believe for our own prosperity, we need to lay hold of the prosperity of the nation that you are living in. You have authority in the nation that you are living in.

We have the Power to Make Choices to our own benefit, but we have to make them and then live by them. The Power of Choice is very, very powerful. You can change your own life around by making the right choices. It starts in the mind. I hope that by these posts, you will gain enough knowledge to come up to a higher standard of living. Have Faith In God and Every Thing is Going To Be ALL-Right.

Financial Inversion Shall Increase in These Days

Financial inversions shall increase in these days. For you see, it has been my desire to move in the realm of your financial prosperity. But release Me, saith the Lord, release Me that I may come in your behalf and move on your behalf.

For yes, yes, yes, there shall be in this hour financial distress here and there. The economy shall go up and it will go down; but those that learn to walk in the Word, they shall see the prosperity of the Word come forth in this hour in a way that has not been seen by men in days past.

Yes, there’s coming a financial inversion in the world’s system. It’s been held in reservoirs of wicked men for days on end. But the end is nigh. Those reservoirs shall be tapped and shall be drained into the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It shall be done, saith the Lord. It shall be done in the time allotted and so shall it be that the word of the Lord shall come to pass that the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Predominantly in two ways shall it be done in this hour. Those that have hoarded up and stored because of the inspiration of the evil one and held the money from the Gospel shall be converted and drawn into the kingdom and then shall it release that reservoir into the kingdom. But many, many will not. They’ll not heed the voice of the Word of God. They’ll turn aside to this and they’ll turn to that and they’ll walk in their own ways; but their ways will not work in this hour. It’ll dwindle and it’ll slip away as though it were in bags with holes in them. It’ll go here and it’ll go there and they’ll wonder why it’s not working now. “It worked in days past,” they’ll say.

But it shall be, saith the Lord, that the word of the Lord shall rise within men—men of God, of low esteem in the financial world—that shall claim the Word of God to be their very own and walk in the light of it as it has been set forth in the Word and give. They’ll begin to give small at first because that’s all they have, but then it will increase; and through the hundredfold return, so shall it be that the reservoirs that have held the riches in days past so shall it return to the hands of the giver. Because of the hundredfold return shall the reservoirs be lost from the wicked and turned to the Gospel. For it shall be, it shall be in this hours that you will see things that you’ve never dreamed come to pass. Oh, it’ll be strong at first in ways, then it will grow greater and greater until men will be astounded and the world will stand in awe because the ways of men have failed and the ways of God shall come forth.

As men walk in My Word, so shall they walk in the ways of the Lord. Oh, yes, there will be some who say, “Yes, but God’s ways are higher, surely higher than our ways and we can’t walk in those.” It’s true that the ways of God are higher. They are higher than your ways as the heavens are above the earth, but I’ll teach you to walk in My ways. I never did say you couldn’t walk in My ways. Now learn to walk in it. Learn to give. So shall the inversion of the financial system revert and so shall it be that the Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached to all the world and there shall be no lack in the kingdom. Those that give shall walk in the ways of the supernatural and they shall be known abroad. My Word shall spread and the knowledge of the Lord shall fill all the earth in the day and the hour in which ye stand. Ye shall see it and know it for it is of Me and it shall come to pass, saith the Lord.

Praying For Israel by Lynne Hammond

Praying For Israel by Lynne Hammond

by Olga Hermans

This is an unchanging spiritual truth set forth clearly in Scripture: Those who bless the nation of Israel will be blessed. Yet, I find as I travel and minister that a startling percentage of Christians aren’t doing anything about that truth.

It’s not that they don’t believe it. For the most part, they do. They know that God declared to Abraham and his descendants, “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you” (Genesis 12:3 NKJV). They’ve seen that declaration repeated and confirmed throughout the Bible.

Their theological position on the issue is right. There’s just one problem. They neglect to act on it.

To be perfectly honest, we all make that mistake at times. We don’t intend to, of course. We simply forget about the little Jewish nation that for most of us is multiplied thousands of miles away. We get caught up in our own day-to-day lives. We get focused on our personal plans and forget that we’re a part of God’s great big eternal plan—a plan that includes not only us as individuals and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ but the nation of Israel as well.

Today I’m writing to remind you of that plan and to stir you to action. I’m writing to ask you to pray for Israel. “Oh, Lynne, I’d like to do that,” you might say, “but I don’t watch the news very much.

I don’t know what to pray because I have no idea what’s going on over there right now.” That’s okay. The Holy Spirit knows and He’ll show you what to pray if you let Him.

He’ll not only prompt you concerning current events and needs, He’ll give you prayer directions that come straight from the Bible—directions based not on the news or on political whim and opinion, but on God’s eternal, unchanging Word. Directions like these:

Number ONE: Pray For The Land

When it comes to understanding the land of Israel, secular news media (and most politicians) always get it wrong, so they can’t help you. They think the Jews’ presence in the land of Israel is the obstacle to peace in the Middle East. “If Israel would give up more land, things would settle down,” they say. But the truth is just the opposite. The more Israeli land is put into the hands of other nations, the more trouble there will be—for everybody.

Here’s why. It’s not just a piece of real estate they’re arguing about over there. It’s God’s property. It’s the only land mass in all the earth God has chosen for Himself and given to the Jews. Think of it! In all the world, it’s the only one.

Anybody who thinks the land of Israel isn’t important to God should think again or, better yet, read the Bible because it leaves no doubt about the issue. It records with great care the God-ordained boundaries of Israel. It tells how, time and again, God reminded the Israelites that He had given it to them and commanded them to possess it. (Thirty-two times in Deuteronomy alone!)

The Bible says in unmistakable terms that “the Lord made a covenant (promise, pledge) with Abram, saying, To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates” (Genesis 15:18 Amp).

As contemporary Christians, we sometimes miss the seriousness of that verse. We don’t fully grasp what a covenant really is. We think of it as a contract and since we have lawyers who help us break contracts whenever it suits us, we figure that over the years God probably changed His mind about giving the land to the Jews. But that’s not the way God operates.

He never breaks His covenants. He meant it when He said to Abraham in the land of Canaan, “Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; for all the land which you see I will give to you and to your posterity forever”  (Genesis 13:14–15).

Forever. That one word ends all debate. It settles the fact that God’s gift of land to Israel wasn’t just a temporary loan. It wasn’t just Old Testament stuff. It was part of an everlasting covenant.

A three-Fold Cord

To pray aright, this is what we as believers must understand and remember. God has bound the land of Israel to the Jews. He has bound the Jews to the land. And He has bound Himself to both of them. It’s a divine three-fold cord and anybody who tries to break it gets into serious trouble.

Ezekiel 36 makes that crystal clear. There God speaks about how the enemies of the Jews try to claim portions of Israel for themselves. He prophesies to the land (not to people but to the land! Isn’t that interesting?) and says that other nations have “snapped after and crushed you from every side so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations and you became the talk and evil gossip of the people” (v. 3). Sounds like it could have been written yesterday, doesn’t it?

Read through Ezekiel 36:5–10 (Amp) and you’ll see that the first thing we can pray concerning Israel is for the land. We can pray for it to be restored from the ravages of the enemies who have tried to steal it. We can pray for the land to be productive and for its cities to be rebuilt. (Other people might complain when Israel builds 1,600 new homes for Jews in East Jerusalem, but we say, “Yea! God’s will is coming to pass. The cities are being rebuilt.”)

“But what about the Palestinians?” somebody might ask. “They’re descendants of Abraham’s son, Ishmael. Why don’t they have just as much right to the land as the Jews do? Doesn’t God love them too?”

Absolutely, God loves the Palestinians. Jesus died for them just like He died for the rest of us, and the Bible says that’s the greatest expression of love there is. Yet the fact remains that the land of Israel wasn’t given to Ishmael. It was given to Isaac. Just read Genesis 25:5-6 (Amp) and you’ll see this truth.

The “east country” refers to the Arabian Peninsula. That’s what Ishmael was given and it’s a huge chunk of land. So huge that you might wonder why his descendants are determined to take possession of Israel too. But it’s really no mystery.

Satan is always fighting God’s Word. He is always trying to stop it from coming to pass. He would love to see the land divided and the Jews pushed out of it. So he perpetually provokes and manipulates people toward those ends. In a nutshell, that is the reason for all the trouble in the Middle East.

Anyone who thinks the question of Israel is a geopolitical one is mistaken. It’s spiritual. That’s why it’s so important to us as believers. God says that when the Jews possess the land, “I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations … and the nations shall know that I am the Lord” (Ezekiel 36:23 NKJV). A Jewish

Israel brings glory to God. And as Christians, glorifying God is what we’re all about.

Number TWO: Pray For the Jews To Come Home—To the Land and To God

To find additional direction about how to pray for Israel, all we have to do is read the next verse in Ezekiel 36. There, God says to the Jews, “I will take you from among the nations and gather you out of all countries and bring you into your own land” (v. 24).

As you probably know, the Jews were dispersed all over the world several thousand years ago after the destruction of the first temple. Some of the tribes got so lost that even today nobody can find them. But in our generation, we’ve seen a miracle take place. We’ve seen Jews streaming back home, back to the land of Israel from all over the globe.

Some Jews, however, are still being held captive because they live in nations that won’t let them go. One group I pray about a lot right now is the Jews in China. Isaiah 49:12 speaks specifically about them. It says, “Behold, these shall come from afar—and, behold, these from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Sinim (China).”

That’s the verse I base my faith on when I pray for the Jews in that nation to be released. I’ve been told there are about 2,000 of them there right now but I am praying and believing that very soon they will all come home.

I don’t stop there, either. I also pray for the Jews’ spiritual homecoming. I pray for God not only to restore them naturally by bringing them back to the land but to restore their relationship to Him as well. That’s His will and His plan. Speaking to the Jews about the time of their return to Israel, He said:Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleanness; and from all your idols will I cleanse you. A new heart will I give you and a new spirit will I put within you, and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall heed My ordinances and do them. And you shall dwell in the land that I have to your fathers; and you shall be My people and I will be your God. (Ezekiel 36:25–28 Amp)

One of the best ways I can think of to bless the people of Israel is to pray for their spiritual restoration. What better gift could they receive?

Number three: Pray For the Peace Of Jerusalem

One thing most everybody agrees on today is that Jerusalem is a holy city. It’s holy to the Jews. It’s holy to the Christians. And it’s holy to the Muslims. But it’s only promised to one of those groups. God promised it to the Jews. It is not only a sacred part of their past, it is central to their God-ordained future.

This, too, is something many believers haven’t understood. Certainly, they know about the city’s biblical history. They know Jerusalem was the site for the first Jewish temple, the one Solomon built and that it was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar. They know many years later, a less glorious version of the temple was rebuilt by Herod and that it was destroyed by the Romans about 70 A.D.

But that’s not the end of the matter. Bible prophecy reveals that when Jesus returns to reign on the earth, He will come to Jerusalem and build a third millennial temple there. It will rest on the original site of Mount Moriah and be the most glorious temple of all.

I can’t go into detail about it here but to get an idea of how important Jerusalem will be during the Millennium, read about it in Ezekiel 43. That chapter tells how the glory of God will fill the temple at that time and remain there forever. It declares that Mount Moriah will always be most holy and separated unto the Lord.

The prophet Zechariah adds that in those days the Lord Himself will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: …and Jerusalem shall be called the [faithful] City of Truth, and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, the Holy Mountain. Thus says the Lord of hosts: Old men and old women shall again dwell in Jerusalem and sit out in the streets…And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets…Behold, I will save My people from the east country and from the west…And I will bring them [home] and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God in truth and faithfulness and in righteousness. (Zechariah 8:3–8 Amp)

Most wonderful of all is what the book of Isaiah tells us about Jerusalem. It says that during the Millennium “…all nations shall flow to it. And many people shall come and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that He may teach us His ways and that we may walk in His paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law and instruction, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:2–3 Amp).

Can you see how precious Jerusalem is to God? No wonder the Bible says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May they prosper who love you [the Holy City]” (Psalm 122:6 Amp).

In Hebrew, the word peace means “to be whole with nothing missing, nothing broken.” So that’s how we should pray for Jerusalem. We should pray that it would not be divided but kept intact under the sovereignty of Israel. We should pray that the people in it would be safe and prosperous.

Because Israel’s leaders are keys to those things, I often pray for them as well. These days I pray personally for Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister; for the Vice Prime Minister, Moshe Yaalon; for the head of the Mossad, Tamir Pardo; for Defense Minister, Ehud Barack; and for the Chief of Staff, Gabi Ashkenazi. I also pray for generals and others in the military who because of the current situation with Iran are so vital these days.

Oh, friends, let’s not forget to pray often for the peace of Jerusalem!

Number FOUR: Pray For America To Do The Right Thing

Although I love Israel, I want you to know this: I also love the other nations and America in particular. The Lord gave me a prayer assignment for her many years ago and today it is stronger than it’s ever been. I want America to be blessed.

I want her to fulfill God’s plan and purpose. And to do that, she must deal with Israel not according to political opinion but according to the Word of God.

Those who bless Israel will be blessed. So as Americans, one of the greatest things we can do for our nation is to pray for America to bless the nation of Israel.

In what ways should we bless it?

Our government should recognize Jerusalem as its capital, for one thing.

God says it’s the capital, the Jews say it’s the capital, and we should agree with them. Congress should also continue to provide aid to Israel whenever it’s needed.

And our national leaders should refuse to join those who are criticizing Israel and be supportive instead.

As believers, we’re instructed to pray for “kings and for all that are in authority” (1 Timothy 2:2) and one of the things we can pray is for God to turn the hearts of our leaders so that they treat Israel with favor and wisdom.

That’s crucial if the United States of America is to stand as a sheep nation in the millennial judgment and not be destroyed with the goats.

I can almost hear someone thinking right now. What’s this about sheep and goats? What are you talking about?

I asked the same thing when I first started praying about Israel many years ago. I had no clue about the sheep/goat judgment until the Holy Spirit spoke to me about it in prayer and warned me that in the last days Satan would try to turn America into a goat nation. The Lord explained it by pointing me to Matthew 25.

Take a moment to read through what Jesus said in Matthew 25:31–36, 40–43, 45 NKJV.

I used to assume that Jesus was talking about personal judgment in this passage. But He wasn’t. He was teaching about the judgment of the nations, and the “brethren” He refers to are the Jews.

Once I saw what qualifies a nation to be a sheep nation is blessing and helping Israel, I began praying for America’s leaders to stay on the sheep side of things! Sheep nations don’t oppress the Jews or try to push them off their land.

Sheep nations don’t make evil compromises and alliances with Israel’s enemies.

That’s what goat nations do and they don’t have any place in the ultimate plan for the ages. They end up destroyed and forgotten.

I don’t want America to end up as a goat nation. I’m sure you don’t either, so let’s keep this prayer point before the Lord.

Since this is an election year, we also have opportunity to put feet to our prayers. There are many different criteria to consider when pondering how we should vote and one of them must be the candidates’ attitude toward Israel.

When I have an opportunity to talk to government officials, this is always my first question to them: What are you going to do about Israel?

To be honest, it’s a question we must also ask ourselves, as individual believers.

We Walk By Faith Not By Sight

“Many people miss out on experiencing God’s mighty power because they will not act unless they can see how everything will work out. They want to walk by sight but God has called us to walk by faith and faith requires action” Henry Blackaby

The Bible challenges us to “walk by faith, not by sight.” This task is as unnatural as walking with our eyes closed. God says clearly in His Word, that we have to make the choice every day to walk by faith, not by sight. In order to

The Power Of God

overcome today’s pressures, you will have to walk by faith. I, personally, would not want to be living in this decade that we are living in right now without knowing Jesus and without having a firm grip on the Word of God; the power of the Word of God!

Living by faith is not a movement! It is a lifestyle.

God is looking for an army of believers who are consistently walking in the Word. You may be the only representation of Jesus that some people see. They need to see people who are stable, joyful, and peaceful. Stability, consistency, and discipline draw people to Christ.

People are so busy with their own lives today. They’re going to church, but their mind is on the afternoon football game. They are driving past people who need Jesus every day, but their mind is on stopping at the next Starbucks for a coffee. They might go right past someone who needs help because they are too busy thinking about themselves.

It seems that there just aren’t many people who really hunger for God-like faith, the kind of faith that heals and moves mountains problems in the sea. Think about it. How many people walking the earth today could be compared to the faith giants of a long time ago?

Men like John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth, Billy Joe Daugherty, Maria Woodward Etter, Oral Roberts and all those others who could be listed in “Gods Faith Hall of Fame,” if there were such a thing. I love reading about the faith-filled men throughout history. Billy Joe Daugherty was my pastor for 6 years. It was a privilege to sit under his teachings. He was a very, very special man.

“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.” – General George S. Patton, Jr. I thank God that these men lived and gave us so much insight on how to live by faith and to live victoriously. They were not perfect and each was still a product of his time and generation, but they were fiercely committed to bringing the gospel to the world and fiercely committed to their faith in God.

The hunger for God-like faith was insatiable and it caused them to be men of great influence. They changed the world around them for the better.

Do you know what all those great faith-giants have in common? They’re dead! Yes, they all moved on to Heaven. So, who will be the faith giants of the next generation? Who will grab the flaming torch handed down by our forefathers of faith and run with passion toward the mark? Who will stand up and say, “I am right here and I am ready to go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. I am ready to evangelize and support evangelism! I want to see people healed, saved and set free by the Power of God!”

Who will be the next faith giant? It can be you. Many believers would love to have lived the lives of some of the men and women mentioned above. They admire such loyal commitment to God and they would love to be just like them, seeing miraculous acts of faith and power. Yet, as much as some believers admire others, many seem to go through their Christian lives with only one thing in mind: to have faith.

Faith is like the perfect pair of running shoes. It’s going to get you to the finish line quicker than running barefoot ever would! Faith is the supernatural force that gives you the help and endurance you need to go through life at a strong and steady pace.

It’s up to us; the power of choice has been given to us. Do we live by faith or do we live by our own circumstances. Do we only say “we have faith” or do we use our faith to get the supernatural force in our life to remove burdens and destroy yokes, remove mountains in the lives of others and in our own life?

God Wants Us to Prosper

God Wants Us to Prosper

by Olga Hermans

God wants you to prosper; do you believe that?  I am telling you; you better make your choice to believe that with everything that is within you. If you are determined to make better choices this coming year; this should be one of them.

We are called to thrive and not just survive; you and I are called to flourish and not fail. The Bible makes it very clear to us that we are not subject to the times; we are separated unto God from these times, that we are living in right now.

It doesn’t matter what is going on around us economically or that the stock market is going up or down. We are to be unaffected by the times. We are not subjected to the times we are living in; that means that the economic system cannot rule over us. We are not to live under the dominion, the rule, the control or the influence of whatever way the economy and the world system is going at the moment.

You might be asking now; how is that possible? How can we do that? Well, we as Christians, we live in the spirit and everything is subject to that, because we are subject to the Spirit of God. It’s the same with healing. When you find out that healing belongs to you; you actually are saying that you are not subject to sickness. It’s the same with prosperity; we are not subject to recession or depression that is going on. We are blessed and we walk in the blessing.

We are subject to and governed by another economy; the Kingdom of God Economy, we live in a different Kingdom.
Psalm 27:1-5 Verse 5 especially here: “For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock”. We are separated from the curse and separated to the blessing. In the time of troubles; He hides us; He hides us in His pavilion.

Psalm 32:6-7 tells us also that we are not subject to the times; the economy and the direction of the economy. We are subject to the Kingdom of God.

Psalm 31:14-16 Verse 15 says: “My times are in Your hand”; so, our times are in His hands. I want you to see this that “our times are in His hands”. We are in Him, in Him we live, thus we are separated. We are redeemed from the curse of the law; the curse of poverty. We are IN Him; we are NOT in poverty.

It is the will of God for that we thrive and not just survive. Surviving means that we barely get by. That is not you and me; we are thriving, we are flourishing, we are succeeding, we are advancing, we are prospering. Let’s look at the prayer that Jesus prayed that separated us form the evil in the world. John 17:13-14 tells us clearly that we are NOT of the world. We are IN it, but we not OF it. We are separated from the affects of the world.

John 17:15 is very important for us. We are kept from the evil of poverty. Poverty is an evil thing, it is of the curse. We are kept from the evil of lack and from the evil of poverty. We are kept form the evil of shortage and of not enough; that is an evil thing. It is an evil thing not to being able to pay your bills. It is an evil thing when the creditors are calling; that’s evil!

Matt. 6:13, Gal 1:4, 1John 5:18, poverty is a wicked thing! Lack is a wicked thing; it says that wicked one touches him not! 1s made a way of Cor. 10:13 God has made a way of escape for you to escape the curse of the law and to walk in fullness of the blessing of Abraham.

Let’s go back to John 17:16-17 “Sanctify”, that is a great word. It means to be set apart, to be cut away from. You and I are separated by the truth; we are in another Kingdom. There was light in the land of Goshen. When the hail was coming down on the Egyptians; the children of Israel were separated by the wall of redemption. There was a line. And the devil with everything that he had was not able to cross that line. There was a division.

John 17:17 Jesus prayed for you and me to be sanctified, to be separated from the world’s system. We are separated form the world’s system and we are separated from the affects of the world’s economy. We live in a different economy. It is time to get out of debt and to owe nobody anything. You are not subject to the times. When you are in Christ; you are not under the dominion and the subjection to the curse of the law.

You have to go and read this prophesy; for the Christians “everything is going to be ALL-right, but for the world it is getting worse”. So you have to choose which side you are going to be on. It is a serious time that we are in. But, we are not subject to the times; our times are in His hands.

So, if you are reading this and you have never given your heart to the Lord. This is a perfect time to do that. Do not procrastinate or postpone it. Right now you can make that choice; it’s the best choice you will ever make.

Jesus is still waiting for you to make a choice ….. So pray right here: “God in Heaven, I come to You in the name of Your Son, Jesus. I confess that I haven’t lived my life for You. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that He died on the cross and rose again from the dead so I might have a better life now and eternal life in heaven. Jesus, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. From this day forward, I’ll live my life for You to the best of my ability. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.”

The Power of Choice is in our hands; think about that! When we engage our will and be determined to make Godly choices in our life; we live in the blessing. Our life is truly choice driven.

Praying in Tongues Eliminates Selfishness in Prayer

The following excerpt is taken from Tongues Beyond the Upper Room by Kenneth E. Hagin:

Praying in Tongues Eliminates Selfishness in Prayer

Praying in Tongues Eliminates Selfishness in Prayer

If Christians took the time to analyze the prayers they pray with their understanding, they’d realize a large majority of those prayers are selfish. Too often their prayers are like the old farmer who always prayed, “God, bless me and my wife, my son John and his wife – us four and no more!”

Christians may not use those exact words, but if they would examine the sum of their prayers, they may see that the old farmer’s prayer represents the extent of their “praying with the understanding.” In other words, most of their prayer time is devoted to praying about matters that concern only themselves and their loved ones. The Following Prophecy Was Given By Dr. Billye Brim on July 25, 2010

“The time and purpose for all of our lives are very important and in fact, you are alive to meet those appointments, those people, and to pray those prayers. Listen and keep ever aware and alert to the voice of the Spirit and what He would have you say and what He would have you to pray. When you go around your house and you hear a word – repeat it, for it will be from Me.”

“If at the beginning of your day, you will acknowledge Me in all your ways; then I will alert you, for it is critical in this day that I have My Body speak and say what I want it to say. Know you are on call – you are on call! Give Me your all – you are on call! In the daylight hours and in the nighttime too everything is speeding up, and will until you are through to the brightness of the new day.”

“And so, this is not the time to let the enemy keep you sitting in confusion, in darkness, and despair – wondering why you are alive or why even care. But this is the time to know of your import. This is the time to know, for it is short. Yea, give Me your thoughts, your words, and do not shrink for you are on the very brink of the most wondrous days that have ever been.”

“And yea, even before the brightness of the new day, you shall see upon the Body of Christ the anointing come – the anointing of the Glorious One. And on in glory and in power you are going to finish this out, it’s your finest hour!”

“Do not center on the negative. Yea, be aware and alert and know it’s there. Focus on the light of My face and upon sureness of My Glory and My Grace. Who will begin to walk in a new atmosphere? You’ll begin to walk where things are very clear. You’ll hear a voice and you’ll turn around and say, ‘Who said that?’ It is because your hearing is tweaked in this day.”

“Those plans that seemed hard to come by and you’ve known before, now they will be very clear. It is not like it was in days of yore. There have been some key moments, there have been some key happenings, and things have stepped up. And you will see the operation of the dunamis power. Spoke I not unto you and said when Oral Roberts moved to Heaven there came a shift and there will be another. For you shall soon hear of the departure of another brother and know that when he goes, another shift will occur.”

“And it is not you that has being shaken, it is darkness. You receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken. And though all around others might see darkness, not you – you’ll see Me. Hah! You’ll get another breath, you’ll get another pick-up – even in your body, My very Queen. So, rejoice and be exceedingly glad for days of rejoicing! Praise God!

Nothing is held back that you need in this hour. Every word that has been spoken concerns every person in this room. We thank you Lord that you have the wherewithal to do it. You have time – it’s measured, but you have it.”

My Times Are In Your Hand…

You Have two Choices

My Times Are In Your Hand

by Olga Hermans

There are two choices right in front of you here: … I call heaven and earth to record this day against you that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live.

Deut.30:19 The Power of Choice is is given to each one of us.

You have two choices!

  1. You can thrive or
  2. You can survive.

To survive means to barely get along and merely exist.
To thrive means to flourish, succeed, advance and prosper no matter what the times are like.

John 17 establishes the fact that we may be in this world, but we certainly are not of this world. We are separated from this world’s failing system. In the prayer of Jesus to the Father, He asked to “sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” John 17:17 The word sanctify means “to separate or cut out away from.” Through the prayer of Jesus, we have been cut out away from the world’s failing economic system. We are not subject to the economy. We thrive and flourish in spite of what is happening around us.

I have been reading in Exodus lately and it came really strong to me that God wanted to make sure that Farao and the Egyptians would know that Israel was His chosen people. That he treated them differently as them. He had set them apart from everything that was going in during all the plagues that came upon Egypt. God told them what to do to be in His protection and he was always faithful to His people. God made a clear distinction between Egypt and Israel, because God kept watch over all the Israelites.

The Israelites didn’t understand everything what was going at that moment when they were in a tight spot between slavery and freedom, they were complaining and murmuring, but Moses told them “Don’t be afraid. Stand firm and watch God do His work of salvation for you today. Take a good look at the Egyptians today for you are never going to see them again. God will fight the battle for you. And you? You keep your mouths shut!” Ex.14:13-14 Message

How does this apply to us now?
Gal.3:13-14 tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law. We have been redeemed, separated and cut out away from the curse of fear, sickness, lack and debt. Jesus paid in full for you and me to live above whatever is happening in the world’s system. He keeps watch over us.

Because of Him, we prosper. “Take a good look at your debts TODAY for you are never going to see them again”, do you believe that? Because of Him, we are separated from the evil in this world! Jer.17:5-8 says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord. They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future. They will live in barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.”

Here is the redemptive part: “But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green and they never stop producing fruit.”

3 Characteristics of a cursed man:

  • Trust in man
  • Makes flesh his arm (power of trust)
  • His heart departs from God

3 Results if you put your trust in man:

  • He is like the heath in the desert Jer.17:6
  • He does not see when good comes.
  • He will inhabit the parched places in the wilderness

2 Characteristics of a blessed man:

  • He trusts in the Lord Jer. 17:7
  • His hope is in the Lord

6 Results If you put your trust in Jehovah:

  • He is like a tree planted by waters Jer.17:9
  • He spreads his roots by the river
  • He shall not see when heat comes
  • His leaves will be green
  • Not careful in the year of drought
  • He never ceases to bear fruit

The person who “makes flesh his arm and whose heart departed from the Lord” did not produce anything. The person who trusted in the Lord did not “cease from yielding fruit.” When it says his leaf was green that word in Hebrew means, “to enter into a state of prosperity and become extremely successful.” One man failed, the other succeeded.
All that because of the Redemption. We are set apart, we are separated from the world’s system and live in prosperity of God’s Kingdom of heaven right here on earth.

I just want to let you know that you have two choices that are set before you; the choice is up to you. What do you believe? Do you believe that you are going to survive or do you believe that you are going to thrive? God choose you and he paid the price for you to be redeemed; so, that is settled! Now, you have the power of choice before you.
